STEEL RESTUMPING
At Ladhams & Sons we use 2 different materials for restumping or reblocking.
We offer Australian made steel sumps with adjustable tops, they are a great long term solution for homes on highly reactive soils these are also used on homes with larger clearances under homes and homes prone to movement.

We also manufacture our own stumps to suit engineer specs.
We also offer solid concrete blocks, these are used on homes with smaller clearances under the home or building. See here for more info on concrete block restumping.
